Delivery

Please note that we only deliver to your residential or work addresses and not to P.O. Boxes.

Products are usually dispatched from our shop after 24 hours once payment reflects. 

We will provide you with a Tracking number & a link to track your package online. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Although delivery times are usually accurate it cannot always be guaranteed. Should a delivery be delayed,  you will be contacted by telephone or by email. Should a product not be immediately available, you would be contacted and given the option of a refund  or placing a back order for the product.  We strive to offer a wide range of products including hard to source products which might have a lead time before the order can be delivered.  Custom build PCs takes usually an additional 24 hours for assembly.  

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the delivery fee.   Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned with all original packaging,  including manuals + cds that were part of the purchase.  Should a product be returned without any of these items, a 20% handling fee will be charged.  Goods need to be returned in a resalable condition.   Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened and are still sealed.   All products being delivered back to Edenvale Computers must be repackaged into their original packaging.  

Warranties

None of us like it when a product goes faulty therefor we will do everything in our power to make sure it gets sorted as soon as possible.   All products are covered by the manufacturers original warranty, which is 1 year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated.  

Should you have a product that has failed during the warranty period, please contact us for immediate assistance. The sooner the better.  Please note that the final decision on swap outs / repairs is made by the manufacturer.  

Once we have received the warranty item and send it to the manufacturer. It usually takes about three working days to be swapped.  If it happens that there is no stock and takes longer than two weeks from the day we receive it, we will arrange a swap to an alternative product, or provide you with a credit.   Data recovery is not covered by the warranty.   Please ensure that your important data is backed up.   Products will be credited against their current or most recent retail price.  

Should a product be end of line, the amount of credit will be sufficient to purchase a similar product of equivalent specifications.
