By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them along with our Delivery &amp; Collection, Returns &amp; Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is confirmed once your payment has been received and we&#8217;ve confirmed your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we&#8217;ll let you know and refund anything you&#8217;ve paid in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be 18 or older to place an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are in South African rand (R) and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices and specials can change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an item was shown at a clearly wrong price, we&#8217;ll contact you to either go ahead at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco, or pay in store at Edenvale Computers in the VR Mall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online payments are processed on PayFast&#8217;s and Yoco&#8217;s secure payment pages. We never see or store your card or banking details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Product information and stock<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We describe products and their specifications as accurately as we can, using the manufacturers&#8217; information. Photos are for illustration and the actual product may look slightly different.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a product says <strong>In stock<\/strong>, it&#8217;s ready to ship. Stock levels can change quickly, and if an item sells out after you&#8217;ve ordered, we&#8217;ll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Delivery and collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier, usually within about 2 working days to main centres. Outlying areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders can also be collected free of charge from our shop once we&#8217;ve told you they&#8217;re ready.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the order has been delivered to your address, or collected, you are responsible for it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full details are on our Delivery &amp; Collection page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Workshop installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For selected laptop parts you can add workshop installation at checkout for the price shown on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;ll contact you on WhatsApp to book your laptop in, and let you know how long the work will take, as this depends on the part and the laptop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please back up your data before handing in your laptop. We take care with every device, but we can&#8217;t be held responsible for data lost during installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we find other faults while fitting the part, we&#8217;ll contact you before doing any additional work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Custom-built PCs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-built PCs are quoted for and built to your own specifications. Request a quote at <a href=\"https:\/\/edenpc.co.za\/quote.html#pc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">edenpc.co.za\/quote.html<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Because they are made to order, custom-built PCs can&#8217;t be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once the order is confirmed. Faulty components are covered as set out in our Returns &amp; Refunds page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cancellations, returns and warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, as allowed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Protection Act and the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. Your account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Use of this website<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Edenvale Computers or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Our responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, such as loss of data, income or business, arising from the use of products bought from us or from this website. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Complaints and disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We&#8217;ll do our best to sort it out quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we can&#8217;t resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
