Delivery & Collection

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier, or you can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Edenvale.

Courier delivery

Where we deliver: anywhere in South Africa.
Supplier stock: items marked “Supplier stock – with us in 1½ days” are ordered from our supplier and reach our shop in about 1½ days. We then send them by courier, or let you know they’re ready to collect.
How long it takes: about 2 working days to main centres, once your payment has been confirmed. Deliveries to outlying areas can take a few days longer.
Delivery fee: shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you the courier’s tracking details.
Receiving your order: please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. Check the parcel when it arrives and let us know straight away if it is damaged or anything is missing.

Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays and stock availability can affect them, and we’ll let you know if your order is delayed.

Collect in store – free
