Ordering & payment
How do I pay? By card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online? Yes. Payments are processed securely by PayFast and Yoco, and we never see your card details.
Can I pay in store? Yes, you’re welcome to pay in store at Edenvale Computers in VR Mall, Edenvale.
Can I get a quote or a tax invoice for my company? Yes. Email info@edenpc.co.za with what you need and your company details, and we’ll send you a quote or tax invoice.
Do your prices include VAT? Yes, all prices include VAT.
Delivery & collection
How long does delivery take? About 2 working days to main centres, a little longer to outlying areas.
How much is delivery? The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I collect my order? Yes, free of charge from Edenvale Computers in VR Mall Centre, Van Riebeeck Avenue, Edenvale. Please wait for our message that your order is ready.
How do I track my order? We’ll send you the courier’s tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Products & stock
Is everything on the website in stock? If a product says In stock, it’s ready to ship.
What does “Supplier stock – with us in 1½ days” mean?
The item is in stock at our supplier and not on our shelf yet. It reaches our shop in about 1½ days. We then send it to you by courier, or let you know it’s ready to collect.
Can I order something that isn’t on the website? Yes. WhatsApp us on 064 525 7015 or email info@edenpc.co.za with what you’re looking for.
Do the items have a warranty? Yes, all items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Details are available on request.
Laptop parts & installation
How do I know a part fits my laptop? WhatsApp your laptop’s model number to 064 525 7015 and we’ll confirm it fits before you order.
Where do I find my laptop’s model number? Usually on a sticker underneath the laptop, or inside the battery compartment.
Can you install the part for me? Yes. Tick Add workshop installation on the product page, and we’ll WhatsApp you to book your laptop in at our VR Mall workshop.
How long does installation take? It depends on the part and the laptop. We’ll let you know how long it will take when we book your laptop in.
Custom-built PCs
Can you build a PC to my specifications? Yes. Simply request a quote here.
Can I return a custom-built PC? Custom-built PCs are made to order, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If you have any questions or problems with your PC, contact us and we’ll gladly help.
Returns & warranty
Can I return something? Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging, or within 6 months if it’s faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
My item is faulty – what now? Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we’ll help with a repair, replacement or warranty claim.
